Segunda vez que me alojo. Es un buen lugar para viajes de pocos días, tiene todo lo esencial, está ubicado en una zona tranquila, con buenos restaurantes muy cercanos y a menos de 10 minutos caminando al metro.
Es frío el departamento, al menos para nosotros que veníamos del norte del país. Si bien tiene unos termo ventiladores, quedaría mejor con una mayor calefacción o aislación.

Tiene poco aislamiento acústico se escuchaba todo en escaleras y habitación de abajo (qué además huéspedes no respetaron descanso y área comun)
