What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
Water is supplied by the building's boiler.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .
Trash
Trash is left at a white door with a sign that says 'Ducto de basura ', located next to the elevators.
TV
TV with national channels. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.
Heating
Heating thermoheater.
Emergency exit
The emergency exit is located directly in front of the elevators, is properly signposted and says 'Escalera de emergencia'.
Toilet paper
Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.
