House Rules

1. Registration: Only the exact number of people declared in the reservation may stay. If additional guests are required, an extra fee may apply. The guest acknowledges and accepts that their stay will be only for the days stipulated in the reservation and that they may not use the accommodation as their residence.

2. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed without prior notification to Living Santiago, indicating the visitor's full name and Chilean National Identity Number (RUT) or passport number.

3. Arrival and Departure: The check-in and check-out times have been established through the booking channel, and the guest must vacate the accommodation before the designated check-out time. After this time, the host reserves the right to enter the apartment and, if necessary, remove the guest's luggage and charge an extra fee according to the established rates.

4. Noise: The guest must maintain respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM. Until 9:00 AM

5- Children: Guests accompanied by minors must supervise them at all times and never leave them unattended. The guest will be responsible for any accident the minor may suffer within the accommodation throughout their stay. If staying with minors who are not their children, the reservation holder must provide this information.

6- The tenant agrees, for themselves, the other residents of the apartment, and any visitors they may receive:

Not to engage in any activity involving prostitution within the apartment.

Not to hold parties or noisy gatherings within the apartment or common areas of the building where they will be residing.

Not to consume or traffic prohibited drugs, or use or possess explosive or flammable materials within the apartment or common areas of the building where they will be residing.

Not to verbally or physically abuse building staff or residents, or damage the apartment and/or building facilities within the apartment or common areas of the building.

I understand and accept that if I or any of my companions or visitors are caught engaging in any of the activities mentioned in the previous points or any other activities that disrupt the normal order of coexistence, I will have to vacate the apartment immediately, assuming responsibility for paying for the remaining days of my stay. If I do not vacate voluntarily, I understand and accept that the administrator will have the right to call law enforcement (municipal police, Carabineros, or PDI) and to disconnect the apartment's electricity and water services.

7- Inspections: The accommodation manager has the right to enter the accommodation, with prior notice to the guest, for the purpose of inspecting or performing any task, such as repairs and general maintenance.

8- Damages: The guest agrees to leave the accommodation in good condition and will be responsible for any missing or broken items. They also assume responsibility for the actions of all other guests on their reservation. Any damage caused by guests to objects, furniture, or property in general will be their sole responsibility, and they must cover the cost of repair or replacement. If keys are provided and the guest loses them, a replacement fee will be charged. Additionally, if the guest discovers they have left an item behind after paying, a service fee and shipping costs will be charged for its return via mail or courier.

9- Release of Liability and Indemnity: Personal belongings of any value should never be left unattended. The host declines all responsibility for the loss or theft of jewelry, money, documents, or other valuables of any kind. Guests must close windows, lock all doors, and keep their personal belongings safe and secure each time they leave the accommodation.

Neither the host nor the owner of the accommodation, nor any of their representatives, will be liable for any injury, loss, illness, or damage to any guest or the guest's accommodation.

Neither the host nor the property owner, nor any of their representatives, will be liable for any disturbance or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the property, caused by the actions of neighbors or by unforeseen circumstances, including, but not limited to, interruptions in water, gas, electricity, or internet services.

10- Warning against sexual abuse: We completely reject and prohibit the sexual exploitation of minors in our accommodation. By accepting these terms, guests understand that they are prohibited from engaging in any conduct related to the sexual exploitation of minors and are informed that we will report any suspicion or evidence we identify in this regard to the authorities.
