What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
Hot water is supplied by the building's boiler. There are no time restrictions.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .
Trash
Trash should be placed at the hallway doors, outside the apartment. Cardboard and glass should go in the door marked (Closet Ecológico). General trash should be in a plastic bag and placed in the door marked (Ducto Basura). ).
TV
National channels via antenna. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.
Heating
The apartment has a space heater. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the room to reach a comfortable temperature. For safety reasons, do not leave it on when you are not in the apartment.
Concierge
The concierge operates 24 hours a day. Concierges are not authorized to receive money or handle matters related to the apartment.
Toilet paper
Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.
Meals service
We do not offer meals or breakfast.
Maid service
There is no charge for final cleaning. If you would like an intermediate cleaning service, it can be arranged as an extra.
