What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
Hot water is supplied by the building's boiler. There are no time restrictions.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .
Trash
The garbage disposal is located in the corridor after the elevators, on the right-hand side.
TV
TV with cable channels. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.
Heating
Heating is provided by an electric heater. It is plugged in and manually adjusted as needed.
Emergency exit
The only exit is through the main door on the ground floor. In case of a power outage, use the keys in the red box to the right of the main door.. You must break the glass
Toilet paper
Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.
Meals service
We do not offer meals or breakfast.
Maid service
There is no charge for final cleaning. If you would like an intermediate cleaning service, it can be arranged as an extra.
