What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
Hot water is supplied by the building's boiler. There are no time restrictions.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .

The garbage chute is located behind the elevators, accessible by going up or down a floor.
