What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
For safety, we have an electric water heater. It provides approximately 15 minutes of continuous hot water (bathroom and kitchen), and it recharges in approximately 90 minutes.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .
Trash
The trash is located in the hallway, at a door marked "Trash".
TV
TV with cable channels. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.
Heating
Heating is provided by an electric heater. It is plugged in and manually adjusted as needed.
Toilet paper
Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.
Meals service
We do not offer meals or breakfast.
Maid service
There is no charge for final cleaning. If you would like an intermediate cleaning service, it can be arranged as an extra.
