What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
For safety, we have an electric water heater. It provides approximately 15 minutes of continuous hot water (bathroom and kitchen), the hot water is restored in approximately 90 minutes.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or in common areas. It is only permitted on the balcony.
Trash
Trash should be placed in the garbage room located in the hallway near the elevator. There are two doors: one for general trash and another for recycling cardboard and glass.
TV
TV with national channels. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.
Heating
Heating is provided by an electric heater. It is plugged in and manually adjusted as needed.
Emergency exit
In case of fire, earthquake, or power outage, use the stairs in front of the elevators. Do not use the elevators in these situations.
Toilet paper
Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.
Meals service
We do not offer meals or breakfast.
Maid service
There is no charge for final cleaning. If you would like an intermediate cleaning service, it can be arranged as an extra.

You can request a supply of clean towels or sheets every 7 days at no extra cost. Periods shorter than 7 days will incur an additional charge.

The use of the gym, quincho and swimming pool is for the exclusive use of permanent residents of the building. Huespedes cannot be used.
