What should I know about the apartment?

Hot water

Hot water is supplied by the building's boiler. There are no time restrictions.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .

Trash

Trash should be disposed in to the container located at the building's exit, ideally between 5 and 8 pm.

TV with cable channels. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.

Electric heater.

Toilet paper

Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.

We do not offer meals or breakfast.
