What should I know about the apartment?
Hot water
Hot water is supplied by the building's boiler. There are no time restrictions.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and in the building common areas .
Trash
Access to the garbage disposal is through a door located halfway down the hallway, to the left as you exit the apartment.
TV
TV with antena channels. Smart TV access. Does not include access to paid streaming platforms.
Heating
The apartment has an electric heater, which can be turned on and adjusted manually as needed.
Toilet paper
Toilet paper is not included, however we usually leave a roll as a courtesy.
Meals service
We do not offer meals or breakfast.
